21 February 2004 7:10 p.m. it's not just lines like, "i can't bear the thought of losing you!" or "we've only just met...," because things might have been lost in the translation. no, it's the action that matters, yes, it does. things like Seimei crying when Hiromasa breaths his last, and when Doson (the villain) puts his sword (a phallic symbol!) to Seimei's neck during the showdown, and possessively tugs at his collar before caressing his chin. i nearly nosebled to death. that did my head in. today is co-curriculum day at my varsity, and i'd volunteered for the first shift of minding our exhibit booth. it was a comedy of errors. when the decorating frenzy died down, the other members of the group started trickling in, and that was when the first happy event of the day occurred - the hot guy showed up. this is the fella who had shown up for the last class, and that was the first time i, or any of us, had seen him. he's prolly a little over 6 feet tall, has long, straight hair tied into a ponytail with a strip of cloth like Trunks does, except his has a camouflage print on it. yes, i looked that closely the first time i saw him. and he's built, and he has a job at a fitness center (joy...) AND he looks like RIO FERDINAND.OHMIDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWG. he has a nice voice to, and his manner is so laidback. i know cos i talked to him. i asked him if he straightened his hair *blush* what would you have said on an empty tummy?! unfortunately, he doesn't seem very interesting, handsome as he is. this is NOT sour grapes. when my shift ended, i had to go to the language faculty to hand in my japanese homework (re: subconscious delinquence) to the second bishie of the day. it's alright to have a crush-wat, just don't blurt out that sentence you've been practicing over and over again ('would you like to go and watch a movie?') at least this time i got the 'shitsurei shimasu' right. i exited the room and was chatting with another classmate when RESIDENT HAWTNESS walked around the corner!!! we stared at each other for a few moments before saying, 'what are you doing here!' and i quickly said, 'stop stalking me!' he sounds so gorgeous when he laughs. *sigh heart eyes etc*it turned out that he wanted to hand in his homework then too. ah, happy coincidence. 3 bishies in a day. and it wasn't even afternoon yet :D 19 February 2004 10:03 p.m.he must be used to it by now i have a crush on my japanese lecturer! he's so adorable! !!! he wore black on tuesday, for the oral examination. damned if i don't want to examine him orally. i wonder who else lost their tongue after seeing him being so hot and all. i also wonder if i subconsciously neglected my homework so i'd have to hand it in tomorrow, and, gee, i guess i'd have to see him again, wouldn't i? more useless Nomura trivia - he has absolutely gorgeous hands! 18 February 2004 7:10 p.m.i will always remember this VD so, on to my actual life. i was especially bitter on VD because i had a class that day, at 8 a.m. to boot. yeah, go on, you fat little cupid, rub in the fact that not only did i have a class to go to, i had nothing to look forward to for the rest of the day. i missed breakfast too. and when i got home, i had to pass the car over to bro cos he had a date. my soul was a black, seething pool of bitterness. the turquoise blue sky and the strong sunshine only served to mock me even more. i went with my dad to breakfast though, cos brooding needs energy. on the way home, we found that the roads to Taman Tun were all CLOSED. for Le Tour de Langkawi. yeah yeah, if Langkawi is way up north, why are they in KL? so we settled down and waited for them to pass (the race hadn't even been flagged off in the city yet!) and for life to be normal again. i'm so glad we watched instead of sulking in the car! those cyclists are so fine in the flesh. the images on tv do no justice to their gorgeous tans and lovely, defined muscles. of course, i'm not forgetting the fact they were wearing tights. yay. then we went home. 2 hours later, at 2.30, my dad wanted to go for lunch. Old Faithful went along and we were immediately caught in a huge traffic jam, the likes of which i had never seen before! it didn't say anything for merc drivers either, the jerks. we were headed towards Bangsar, but ended up in Sri Hartamas, which is practically in the oposite direction. and we had lunch there. and we bought pirated dvd's (ha!). that's when Onmyoji came into my life. 18 February 2004 7:06 p.m.useless trivia of the day things you should know about Mansai Nomura - - he plays Abe no Seimei in Onmyoji, aka 'the Yin Yang Masters' (oh dear...). unfortunately, all known copies are dubbed in english. coincidentally... honey, are you happy to see me, or is that a chunk of oak in your pants?
